Are you ready to unleash your full potential? Are you fed up with adjusting yourself? Are you always reacting to what's happening in the outside world ignoring your needs? 
 
Let's put the spotlight on you and your Talent for seven weeks. You will transform your way of working: from being a follower towards a pro-active influencer.  
 
What will you learn?
This intensive program is all about two important elements, your reactive tendencies, that hold you back, and your Talent, that enables you to make a difference. 
You will learn to:
- identify the tendencies that hold you back in expressing yourself
- choose your most important tendency, tackle your limiting stories surrounding it and learn to observe and experiment with new ways. 
- identify your unique Talent, deepen your understanding of its working and make leaps in expressing your full potential. 
 
How will you learn?
After 7 weeks of experiential learning, you'll make a difference in your workplace. Your Talent Coach will work closely together with you and send you exercises to reflect and experiment with. Also, you will have 3 live coaching sessions using Skype/Zoom.

Are you looking for a place to grow?  To be inspired? To experiment with what it actually means to "be yourself"? Even in challenging situations?
 
Life is challenging. Life is fast. Dealing with all the demands can leave you feeling empty and unfulfilled. We all benefit from a life-changing period of intense reflection, inspiration, and experimentation. And why not act on that desire now?
 
The design of this program
In a period of seven months, you will be inspired, challenged, and motivated to experiment with your unique Talent to make a difference. Each month has a different theme based on the six Authenticity Enablers described in my book FIT IN OR STAND OUT.
 
  • Month 1: Establishing your Learning Challenge, and unique Talent.
  • Month 2: Disconnect to Connect - Learn to establish a mindful routine to be lead from within instead by outside triggers.  Establish a true connection with yourself. 
  • Month 3: Owning our time, otherwise it’ll own us - Turn the tide and become master of your own time instead of feeling slave of your calendar.  Owning your own time allows you to experience flow and feel inspired to make a difference.
  • Month 4: Escaping our fixed reality boxes by unleashing our curiosity - Develop the courage to think outside of the box by asking yourself the right questions. Tread new ground using your curiosity as a compass. Step outside of the hamster wheel and amaze your surroundings with your Talent interventions. 
  • Month 5: Daring to fall in order to fly - Learn to be truly honest with yourself and learn to embrace your vulnerability. Learn and experiment with new behaviors and attitudes. 
  • Month 6: Connecting at eye level - Learn what it takes to be yourself in challenging relationships. Connect at an equal level to establish genuine contact instead of letting your emotional hassles disturb your authentic Talent interventions.
  • Month 7: Taking full ownership - Own your unique value for the full 100 percent and start your own Talent Project. You learn to take full ownership and not letting your doubts or other people take over.

If you have a preference for working 1-on-1, I offer an individual program in which we alternate online coaching and reflective exercises. Available in English and Dutch. 
 
 

Also, I facilitate small groups to learn and experiment together using real and specific work- and life-related challenges. Kindred spirits who want to share, learn, and create insights in an encouraging learning setting. 

 

I love to work with different nationalities and luckily technology supports us to connect from all over the world, so don't hesitate to contact me, also if you don't live in the US.
